leave collars on wolves that already have them,but do not collar any new ones.Only return wandering wolves to the park if it it deemed necessary for their immediate survival.
Solution I think I agree with this question because not putting collars on the wolves that are new is great because if the wolf is new and it’s not used to all the other wolves and workers then you have to wait until the wolf is used to its new enviroment,wolves and workers.But when the wolf or wolves get use to it’s enviroment,other wolves,and workers then you can put a collar and that’s all I have to say for Dueling Mandates in Yellowstone.
